I finally got around to sending in my upper off of my NIB preban Bushy. I purchased it with a 11.5" barrel with the 5.5" flash hider(yuk) and sent it to Bushmaster to have them install a new 14.5 M4 with a phantom. Having never done this before, I was expecting it to take a REAL LONG time. It took 5 days to get it to Maine from Arizona. They received it at 10:00am on a friday morning and it was done that same afternoon !!!!!
It was shipped back to me and I got it 5 days later.
Other than shipping, they gave me ONE day service !!!!!
That is OUTSTANDING !!!
They will have my business again and again.

Great product backed up with superb customer service.. It don't get any better than that.. I've had similar experience with them.. Good people to deal with IMHO..

Man thats great! I am about to send my upper in and it's good to now I will not have to live with out my baby for long.
