On Monday of last week, the Suits sent out an email asking the company to
focus on improving our current call center situation. In that email, they
outlined a list of action items that need to be executed in order for our
hold times to come down. One of those items is to hire an additional 430
people in Service and Support between now and October 30th.

Do you have friends/relatives looking for employment?

Are you out of a job???

WE ARE IN NEED OF ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVES TO START IMMEDIATELY!

Unfortunately I don't know what they pay the temps for the first three months till perm....It is lower than what I started out 2 years ago...stock options are no longer handed out like candy they way it 'used to be'...anyhoo, it's a solid job, we are doing well as a company, been thru I don't know how many ups and downs, but we came thru...

It's a great starting off point for those would be MCSE's etc...If you can add an adapter and understand tcp/ip decent enough you can handle this jobola.

My daughter's looking for work, and she wants to get into that line.  Unfortunately she has no experience and no training.  Do you guys train?  Where are you?  (I'd assume Phoenix, but we all know what "assume" means.)

KBAKER.

You got it...they love newbies in Custo serv....she'll learn all about it in training, not too heavy for customer service this can be a great intro for her into the world of software sales.  I met a couple last year husband and wife both sold software and made a cool six figures.  Go ahead and email me with you info and I'll pass your name and hers to our HR group.  Let me know.

I know they are hiring for tech support and for Custo serv, I think any experience would help, there are others in XDSL Support with Cisco certs...nothing is required as there is extensive training and walkthurs on anything you need.  So many support sites to choose from...

Thanks!

I passed your message to more than a few people in Phoenix, and even my own company is considering "restructuring" up to 10% overall sometime soon (some are guessing mid-September).

There are things in life you can control and others you can't.  For the things you control, obviously work at them. Of the things you can't control, build an insurance policy.  And you just helped with that policy.
