Aggie-

Was the woman in the blue dress and with a cell phone the driver? I'm betting it was...

Great pic. Thanks for posting it, it gave me a good laugh. Best of luck.

Now, that's something you don't see every day. A self-service rear wheel alinement check.

I would think their is an easier way to check the RTI, although not sure why you would want to check it on a stock vehicle. [;)]

Actually I have seen worse here in northern VA.

It took me a minute to figure-out how she did that.  I didn't see any dents on the side of the car or on the running boards.  If you look closely, you'll see a dent in the far right side of the rear bumper.  How fast do you think she was going in reverse to jam that post that far under her car?

Doin' a rockford files reverse in your SUV at a gas station probably ain't such a good idea.

She got lucky. If it was one of those standard poles at most gas station damage would probably be 5X worse.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it, but I may have seen a worse one a few years ago. Ford Escort sitting at the BP station in Sidney Ohio with the left rear tire/wheel ground off flat just below the center hub.  When I asked about it I was told that some woman had driven from Columbus to Sidney (about 1 1/2 hours) without the wheel turning. I can't begin to imagine the sparks it must have been throwing off or how the tire kept from catching on fire.

LOL!  Remember RTI can only be measured to point of wheel lift!  LOL!

You have to wonder at what point she decided to stop, and why?

I don't think that SUV is 4WD or else the idiot would be able to drive it off.

Do you really think that chick even knows her vehicle has a transfer case?  Do you think she would know how to use it if she knew about it?  I doubt it.  Those aren't "trucks" or "4x4's" to those kinds of people, they're status symbols.

I was kind of surprised to not see a soccer ball sticker in the back window.

So what kind of story did she tell the old man?
