Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barreled Upper Receiver Questions.

Who in your opinion makes the best flat-topped ,bull barreled, round free floated hanguards, uppers around? I'm looking to spend in the six hundred dollar range. I was just going to get an A2 upper and scope it, but it seems that the consensus is that for all-out accuracy the flat top is the way to go. Besides a name brand can you also recommend a reputable dealer?
