I'm currently looking into an upper receer. The barrel has these markings:C MP C and is 19" long, while thu receiver itself is stamped:A. Who made this and what is it worth?

As far as the barrel being 19" I would think it has been shortened from a 20" barrel. Maybe someone removed a muzzle brake or flash hider/flash hider threads.
I have a barrel that I shortened to 19" to get rid of an improperly installed muzzle brake. The rifle fires and functions fine with the 19" barrel.
