Check this out. The latest thing at the office where my wife works is for everyone to have a betta fish in their office and they bring them out and put them together in the same tank and watch them fight.

In case you don't know anything about bettas, they're a fighting fish and the males have to be kept in separate tanks or they'll tear each other up. The females will fight sometimes too.

We have a betta at home and it's cool to put a mirror up next to the tank and watch him puff up and dart around like he's going to kick some ass.

My wife's coworkers gave their fish names like "Killer," "Bloodlust," and the name of my wife's fish is "Stone Cold." LOL!

Is this just a local thing or has anyone else ever heard of this where you live?
