These radio talk shows are fun to listen to on the work. I hear these Crazy folks calling in on some of these talk shows.Amazing!!!
These guys talk about left wing, right wing, liberal, conservative, etc ...
In addition I heard this lady call in she said "she was so upset over XXX issue that she was acutally hyperventilating" I think it was about someone something pretty minor.

Now people are calling others at work and school  liberals, comservatives  just becuase they dont like guns... Even though the gun hater may have traditional "conservative" views....

Face it,  people are not so clear cut and define themselves asa left wing and right wing just cause they support one issue.

Seems like these talk show folks really know what they are doing.
These talk shows just cater to the idiots and uneducated if you ask me.

A good example is that dipshit Alan Colmes.  If you can take it, listen to his show.  They must be intentionally screening out any rational conservatives.  The only ones that actually get on air sound like idiots and are torn completely to shreds by Colmes.  It's not that he's a real skilled debate master either.  Three seconds after "Thanks for taking my call" I just shake my head and think "What a retard".

In all honesty, I actually did get on the air on his show right after the ban ended.  I explained to him that the law was a waste of time and we should be able to own any weapons we wanted.  Well, he pretty much fucked me up by asking "What about nuclear weapons?"  I pretty much crapped out at that point.  I couldn't come up with a decent answer.  Sorry guys...

Someone mentioned in another thread that they don't listen to talk radio after he figured out all they do is fill him with paranoia and hate.

I think that there's a lot of money in filling people with paranoia and hate.

I don't listen to the crap.  Right, Left... who cares.  It's the same thing just replacing "liberal" with "conservative" and vise versa.  One day all the narrow minded zealots are going to either burn in hell, or just cease to exist.  You know what?...  Either way, to me it doesn't matter.

Yeah, I see your point.  I am trying to stay away from the ones that are really one sided.

Plus, I'm taking this poly-sci course at school that's pretty interesting.  The professor has worked in some pretty high up places for both parties.  He basically got out of it to prevent loasing his soul, I think.  He's very anti Bush, but seems to have a certain loathing for democrats too.  Seems to ba a bit of a socialist, but no tenough to make me hate him yet.  Most of his lecture is spent detailing how the government is supposed to work, and then why it doesn't and how it's all pretty much corrupted by interest groups and corporations to the point that the now beaten down populace really has no representation at all.  He's really quite cynical about the whole thing.

At least he is honest:  He said today that there ar only two ways to change government:  ballots and bullets.  There is a certain poetry to it, I feel.  I almost think he would support a revolution, but I doubt we would agree on what to do afterward.

Anyway, everytime I leave the class, I feel like finding a good rooftop.

Crazy people may be calling in, but that is not the general "profile" of callers.  Rather, it is people who are passionate about an issue and are motivated enough about it to call & voice their opinions.   Some are crazy, some agree with your opinion...
