I just dislodged the rock from the tire - it looks like an Arrowhead.
I'm thinking I was ambushed by rogue indians. The tire's hole is to big f'n big to plug so I just dropped it off at "Tire Warehouse" and will get the fixed tire back in a couple hours. Wonder what that'll cost me....

i feel your pain - just bought a 2006 4-Runner 1st week went back to the dealer to get a hood deflector - huge piece of steel into my sidewall.
 hood deflector + new tire = $225  I know the piece of steel was in their lot - they did not
