Some of us are always planning ahead.
What will your next two(2) firearm purchases most likely be[?] I'm looking at: [red]Ruger[/red] Blackhawk Convertible in 9mm/.357 6.5" bbl. in blue. [blue]Beretta[/blue] 8045 Cougar in .45ACP Isn't this fun? |
A Mossberg 835 in realtree and probably another Glock 17.
Michael |
All right, I'll play--
I have a "list" going in my head, and when I have enough cash for one of them I usually get it.-- Armalite AR-50, Windrunner (single shot or repeater), or AMAC. FNC (along with getting one or both of my semi-auto FNC's converted) M-16 Vector UZI Belt Fed--1919 or M-2 AFARR |
No particular order
1. HK53 to replace the HK93 I sold last year 2. preban Colt and DOE upper. 3. P9S in 9mm |
So many guns, so little time.
1) Custom built varmint rifle either in 22BR or 22-250. I think I have found my 22-250 already. 2) Savage 110FP or 112BVSS in 25-06 or a flattop bull barrel AR-15 Varminter. |
a 308 battle rifle. most likley a FAL
HK USP45 either one of those may be raplaced with an AR |
ArmaLite AR180B (ordered and paid for)
Sig P226 in .40 Ruger P91 in .40 (I know, will have to be used) Sig P229 in .40 No particular order on .40 pistols. I am trying to round out my collection of pistols and I have enough .45 and 9mm now and will only own Rugers and Sigs. I know there are other brands, but these are my preferences. Have plenty of AR's, post and preban, several Garands, M1 Carbines, bolts, etc. Down the line will be some class 3 such as an M16, AR18, and MP5. |
In the short term:
1.) A nice M1 Garand 2.) Ruger 22/45 3.) CZ75B |
I'm probably going to have Clymer make a me reamer for a .17/.30 Carbine Wildcat of mine and chamber a Douglas barrel for it.
It's called 17/30 SCAT. Hopefully, I can figure out a way to make it all work in semi-auto built up on a M1 Carbine... |
S&W 625 ...the 45ACP wheelgun
another AR, maybe w. a 20" bbl ... something to REALLY make me see just how bad my eyes are now. |
1.)Springfield Armory Full size .45...or possibly long slide...
2.)Don't know yet..... edit to add second half of pic... |

M-60
Haven't decided on RIA or Maremont. Depends on how much money I can save up and what comes up first that I like. I know the Maremont is the real McCoy, but ..... |

I already ordered my AR180B. So my next two are a .410 pump, prefer the 870 Wingmaster but I'll probably get the Mossberg(The Wingmaster is just too nice to go afield). A Winchester M70 classic in .30-06

Glock 19 for me and a Glock 26 for the wife.
Thats the next two, let me know if you want to know about the other five but do it fast my gun shopping list is ever changing. |
Done this long enough to have a reasonable collection so I replace or upgrade mostly. But my next two pieces will be:
1) Custom Win 70 chambered .458 Lott 2) M16 but don't know which flavor |
Actually, thinking about consolidating, selling off, and focusing more on my specific interests.
Trouble is to find good homes for items I consider surplus. And parting with them, too. |
My next purchase will be a FAL, probably a DSA STG58A if I can scrounge up the $$$.
Then, who knows but it will probably be something really politically incorrect... regards, SOL |
.308 Rem 700 PSS or LTR
Beretta 9mm, somehow I seem to be missing a 9mm |
#1 - DSA Shorty FAL .308
#2 - Global Trades/Arsenal USA SSR85C Polish/Hungarian AK 7.62x39 |

1) A Pump Action 12-Gauge Shotgun. My current shotgun isn't very good with Bird Shot. Its a Magnum and sometimes has problems ejecting low-power bird-shot.
2) Definitely a CAR-15. Either a 14.5" or 10.5" Barrel with a Brake to make it 16". Pre-Bans are way too expensive (for me at least), so it'll have a non-collapsing 4-position Stock. I'm going out Monday to find a good Pawn Shop to buy a new shotgun. I just moved to Pensacola. Anybody know a good Pawn Shop, with decent prices in the area. After that I plan on ordering a stripped AR lower from Olympic Arms and a Rifle Kit from whoever has the best kit. |
Have a Mossberg 500 on Layaway now, NIB with 2 barrels, chokes, and a hardcase.
After that I am not sure, Have a line on a M1 Carbine, mfg by IBM, if he still has it and its in good shape, I'll have it. also probably getting a 700PSS in a .308 if not.... maybe one or more of the following ( no particular order) Ruger #1 in a 25-06 Kimber Custom Target 1911 Bushmaster DCM AR15 |
Browning Hi-Power and a stack of regular capacity mags.
AR180B. Other targets of opportunity at the right price. Gotta stay off that Bowers board! |
1. Norinco AK-47 underfolder
2. Franchi SPAS-12 w/folding stock |
Since I am on a non-PC kick I will think outside the box, especially since I am pretty well satisfied with my conventional firearms collection.
1) My ideal would be a PKM with tripod, preferably traded for two large sacks of beans in Angola. Maybe the Chinese even make one in 7.62X51. 2) SS mortar, possibly in 81mm. Speaking of which, can anyone tell me why the 81mm size? Doesn't come out to anything reasonable when divided by 25.4. 3) WOMBAT recoiless AT weapon 4) MILAN ATGM system. Course I imagine that none of the are legal for possession in the US , so I guess that they will just stay in the "pipe dreams" category. Unless I do something stupid, like move to Sudan or something. Cheers |
This isI want for my next couple of purchases:
DSA FN-FAL Remington 700 LTR AR-180B |
Winchester model 70 in .300 Weatherby Magnum, Kimber custom carry .45.
1. All original or close as can get of USGI M1 Carbine in mint to new condition. Expect to pay big bucks for it, but am willing.
2. M1A1 Springfied rifle, pre-ban, mint or new. 3. A Colt Pre 1989 Carbine, mint or new. I have a Colt SP1 that I bought in 1965 for $182.00. After that I'll probably be divorced. |
picked up 2 today Super Redhawk and Mossberg Bullpup |
Well I have a post ban AR lower ready to go but I am still trying to decide what upper to put on it.After that:
M1 Garand HK USP Compact in .40 or .45 |
Let's see......it's been an expensive week so bare w/ me. I just got a USP40C and a CZ75B Mil.
I just realized I don't have a single revolver!!!! I'm thinking Taurus Tracker SS 4" in .357 and a Super Redhawk in .454. Also want to get a Springfield 1911 and a Hipower. |
Paul:
Jennings pistols are approved, but Hi-powers are not? WTF? AK variant in 5.45 M1 carbine |
1. Either a 7mm or 300 Win Mag, for Elk hunting
2. Pre-ban AR Not necessarily in that order. |
Just bought a 24" bull barrel for my Bushy.
Ordered a FAL, should be in next week! I'd give my left testicle for an AR-10, also want a short barrel wheelgun 357mag. probably. Gonna need a new safe or two. Just sent in my C&R license application! HELP!!! TF |
