When I was in High School and 15 years old I had consentual sex with a female who was in her mid 20s.
Age of consent in the state it occurred was 16 at the time. According to a prevalent view I've seen on this forum I was raped. TEACHER WHO HAD SEX WITH MINOR ARRESTED AGAIN So why don't I feel violated?

When I was 15 I was having sex almost on a daily basis with the 30ish gal that lived next door to my parents. It was great, to this day it was still one of the best times of my life and I've had some pretty damn fine times since then. She was pretty hot too. The only "violation" I felt was when she and her hubby (a local assistant pastor who thought sex was dirty) were reunited and moved away.
I guess she seduced me, although it sure as hell didn't take much. But rape? Not bloody likely, you couldn't have wiped the smile off my face with a sheet of 80 grit sandpaper and a can of MEK. |

Lots of women who were sexually abused as children, and who grow up to be drug-addicted strippers and porn stars also don't "feel" violated. Not saying that you were horribly traumatized or anything - I'm just pointing out that in actual cases of sexual abuse, how the victim later "feels" is NOT necessarily the measure of whether abuse/violation took place, because their judgment is often screwd up because of how their head was messed with at an early age. Women who were physically abused will often be inexplicably attracted to abusive men when they are adults - showing how such events in developmental years can completely fuck up judgment later in life, and screw up people for the rest of their lives.  Just a more abstract observation, not a specific comment on your case. However, I would say that the 20 year-old who was having sex with you was a criminal, and were I on a jury in her case, I would vote to put her in prison. |

I'm ok with that. Until the time it is shown to me that these females are shown to be multiple offenders, pose a physical risk, have threatened an unwilling participant. These patterns of behavior have been seen in male pedophiles, so maybe the news just isn't covering all the details with respect to female offenders. Until then I remain unconvinced. |

Seriously, we had this one student teacher when I was in the 7th grade, she was the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen, even to this day! Name was Debbie Baucomb. Were you an unwilling or uncomprehending participant? The letter of the law was broken (and then only in some jurisdictions) but the spirit is to protect a minor from abuse of soneone who is deliberately using that minor for gratification when said minor uncomprehending to the act and full consequences of it.

Going by how today's legal standards for rape are...
I was legally molested/raped by a variety of female adults countless times from the ages of 15 through 17. From ages 18 through now, nothing's changed other than it's now called consentual sex between a male and female adult. I'm completely fine with that. Take this... I lost my virginity at age 15 to two women age 18 at the same time while I was CONSENTING to be handcuffed to a bed. That set the bar for my future sex life pretty high, if you know what I mean. Think I ran to my mommy and daddy and complained??? Actually, I kinda celebrated the story about it with my dad much later in life. If I would have been banging my favorite highschool teacher at age 15, the last thing I'd want is for anyone to find out and spoil it for me. |
