Why you all think soundtracks are "odd"?
About 80% of my collection (18GB) are soundtracks.
Seriously. TV themes/soundtrack collections (including the A-Team CD), films (large % SciFi). The other 20% is 70's and 80's pop/rock stuff.
"Odd"? Not odd to me but things that most people wouldn't consider...
Half Life 1 & 2 and Halo game soundtracks. Fantastic Voyage, Forbidden Planet, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. Every track from Gerry Anderson TV shows that I could scrounge off the net (Thunderbirds, UFO, Space: 1999, Joe 90, Captain Scarlet, Stingray, etc...), Big O, Macross Plus (3 or 4 CD's), Robotech (couple of collections). Lots of Jerry Goldsmith (not just the well known stuff), things like Runaway, Twilight's Last Gleaming, Outland and Tora, Tora, Tora. The Best of Godzilla 1954-1975, Tales From a Parallel Universe (the 4 part miniseries that became "Lexx" on the SciFi Channel).
Just a random grab of "odd" titles that jumped out at me as I scrolled through iTunes.
