I give a 9.5, since the frosty mug full of beer is missing.

Get some boneless skinless chicken breasts.  I used 6 of them for this recipe.  Beat them flat between two pieces of saran wrap until they're about 1/8" to 1/4" thick.  Cut them into strips about 2"-3" wide, and however long they end up being.  Marinade all of the strips in any generic italian salad dressing for a little while.  While the chicken is marinading, get some toothpicks and soak them in water.

Meantime, get seed some fresh jalapeno peppers, and cut them into strips (I got 6 strips out of each pepper).  Once the chicken has been marinading for an hour or so, wrap a pepper strip with one of the chicken pieces, then wrap the whole thing in a slice of bacon.  Skewer it with a toothpick.  Repeat however many times.

Build your fire and grill em till done, maybe 5-8 minutes per side?  Cook em till the chicken is done, and they're ready.

Filling, DAMN tasty, and Atkins friendly!

How do they turn out on a gas grill, for us Hank Hill types?

Pretty close!  I leave out the cream cheese though.

Thanks.

I did the search because the tension in the thread was unbearable.  So was the thought of not having a recipe to duplicate the chicken.

Leaving out the cream cheese is probably a good idea.  At least at my age anyway.

that AR makes me sad. None of the furniture seems to match and the upper and lower dont match either, additionally, if youre going to spend $200 to get you AR SBR'ed why did you go with fixed carry handle upper. I would think that you would have sprung for something in a flat top.

Its still a nice rifle though and a tasty looking dinner!

I vote 10 also!

I think this might be the first 10 score dinner pic I have seen.  Am I wrong?
