I heard a story about "rangers" ( a organized group deicated to shooting illeagals crossing the border) in this story the government turns a blind eye to the slayings. Has anyone else heard of the this?I call it BS

Sounds like BS. This would be all over the news. Rumors like this flare up in every tense situation.
