one time, but it wasn't directly political (it was a statewide thing in which the "historically black colleges" were over 90% black, and they wanted to know why white people wouldn't attend them).

Half a dozen or so... Usually the questions are pretty neutral, but I did get one before the last Presidential election that was as leading as the NRA TAG poll.

Only once but there were only 3 politcal questions out of more than 75. I was dissapointed because they didn't ask my opinion of anti-war socialists and my solution to prison overcrowding.

I've never been polled by a phone, but I did see this movie once where a girl was polled by a horse.  I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. |

I've gotten called by so many pollsters, that I don't bother answering any of their questions.

Just this week I got a call from Gallup asking to do a poll. I got kinda excited and said "sure," since I had always wondered why I've never gotten any sort of call from a serious pollster (much less the king of polls).
Unfortunately, it was some stupid waste of time about how much I shop at places like Gap and Old Navy. Ten minutes of my life I will never get back.

I have a company thats asks me about beer every month. The call lasts about 5 minutes. First time,they sent me $1,seceond time $2 ect.ect

As a member of the Gallup Poll "family", I get an e-mail survey about twice a month and a call a couple of times a month. Usually stupid shit, but they ALWAYS start off their polls with a question about whether I approve of President Bush.

Yes but it was research stuff and not political. One was about giving blood. I know I've had others but don't recall.
