Milwaukee Brewers and Detroit Tigers are the last of the 1.000 club. Both undefeated and Yankees are in the basement in the AL East.
Mark of the beast? Sign of the Apocolypse? |

Its early and baseball is a marathon. Lets talk in September and see where those teams are.
I'll take it any time the Mets are above .500...
and anytime the Yankees are below .500... |
Last night, I was the world's biggest Halo's fan.............I have two favorite teams- The Boston Red Sox, and anyone who's playing the Yankess.
Sox are two games up on the Yank-mees!!!!!! If the way Red Sox pitching looked on opening week (minus Wakefield getting shellacked the other night ) is any indication (and that's without a healthy Boomer back in the rotation), we're goin' all the way, baby!!!!! |
Huge fan of Albert Pujols, by the way. Not only is he probably the all around best five tool player in the game (and yes, that includes being compared to A-Fraud, Manny, etc.), but he's a class act in his personal, off-the-field life as well. He's one of my all time faves. |
neither Pujols or manny are 5 tool players, 2 of the tools running, and defense do not equate to either player. As much as i hate Arod he is a 5 tool player as well as Vlad, and carlos Beltran b4 he came to the Mets , and Bonds b4 roids. |

some things don't change.
my Rangers still can't pitch. they still have a high-octane batting order that gets owned by quality pitching. we'll make opposing scrub pitchers look bad, though, on the way to a .550 winning percentage. |
thats pretty much what the Yankees have done since their world series wins |
I love the Rangers, even if they aren't the best pitchers! |
Oh look, it's the California Los Angeles west coast USA North America Earth Angels of Anaheim. |

Fixed it for ya... |

Isn't that the symbol of "The team formerly known as the Anahiem Angels"? Go Dodgers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think Blue! |
Isn't he a Homo? |

Hey I like the Tigers... When they came to town the catcher gave my daughter one of the baseballs he was throwing around with a pitcher. PLUS... They got our former reliever... Troy Percival!! He was good to the Angels |
Well done. Could you guess which is my team ?? |
LOL... One of my customers plays for the Dodgers. Nomar Garciaparra... His dad is so cool and his mom is a sweetheart. Great family. Glad to see him back in the southland. |
Angels spanked the Yanks again tonight... Yankees are getting frustrated and lost 4 straight. tomorrow they are coming out swinging and taking no prisoners. You can see the frustration on their faces. They are NOT happy at all. ... go ANGELS!!! |

BTW, Nomar was fool for not taking the Sox's offer and we're better off because of his injuries! |

And lets not forget Eric Gagne.... |

By July the Braves and Yankees will be in first and the Brewers and Tigers will be in the cellar.
EXACTLY!!! I've been a Mets fan for years and had to eat much shit for it. Dear God, please let it be our year. |
That one hurst and Izturis or do they have a good replacement for him? |

the tribe is gonna take the division, for sure.... they are one of the most balanced teams in baseball...
Just like 1986?? I dont know what was a better WS... '86 Mets or '02 Angels BOTH years were GREAT series. |

All you need to know.
The Cubs Sweep the Cards! 2004 Red Sox 2005 White Sox 2006 The Cubs reverse the curse! |

Schilling, Papelbon and Beckett look absolutely nasty.
Good time to be a Red Sox fan. |
Wakefield seemed to hit his stride today! Must be tough looking at 67 MPH knuckleballs, mixed in with the occasional 77/78 MPH "Fastball".....and then have to immediately adjust to Timlin's 94 MPH heater. Go Sox. P.S. Yankees finally got a win......George's BP lowered a few points, no doubt. |

The '91 Twins were |

As a Brewers fan, they'll find a way to fuck it up by mid season at the latest. |
