Well, this is the mentality that we accept from other countries. They guy holding the kids arm, the driver, and everyone watching should be given a long drop on a short rope..
I would think that the kids arm survived okay though.. |

topics like this are the reason there are dupes in the first place!!! "CHECK THIS OUT!" "OUCH, THAT'S GOTTA HURT" "IS THIS A DUPE?" if people would put keywords in their subject lines, there wouldnt be half as many dupes because a search would actually turn something up
