Anyone experience a loss of accuracy or strange wear patterns with interchangeable barrels?  I have both a .357 Sig and .40 S&W barrel for my Sig P229's and my Glock 32.

Well there is usually increased wear when machined parts that wear on each other change, so I am wondering if anyone has seen this type of wear on a pistol.

I don't know for a fact, but after maybe after a few thousand rounds, this would knock off some of the high points and surfaces would probably smooth itself out.  I think this what happens when you break-in a new gun, and it functions more smoothly.
