Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dehumidifier question

I just bought a LG dehumidifier and it's done a great job of keeping my humidity around 50% (from 80%-90%). However, at the lowest setting, the compressor and fan is shutting down every 1 minute and then turning back on every other minute. At a higher setting, it'd just keep on running.

Will I kill the compressor at the lowest setting??
