way to do so?

I just won an auction on e-bay for a James Bond DVD set, and need to send the money to the seller. It is not a significant amount, but I want to be sure it gets there.

What is the best way (I am waiting right now on a reply from the seller) to get his funds to him -- Money Order, Cashier's check, etc??

I would suggest FedEx. You can trace the envelope via their website. UPS can do the same thing.

As for payment, seems like I remember something about an International Money Order the Post Office sells. That part is just a guess on my part.

Some banks offer international money orders. You tell them what the price is in German marks, then you pay for it with dollars. It will automatically be converted in to marks when the recipient cashes it in.

I've boughts some cels from Japan on Ebay in the past, and I've found that my bank at least charges WAY more for an international money order than the USPS - and the USPS is more reliable and trackable. I'd go with that.

While you're at the post office, Global Priority mail (can't remember if they do delivery confirmation or not) is not a bad way to go, and a lot cheaper than FedEx.
