upload them on a photosharing site, like photobucket.com, then in the post put the url for the pic like this
{img}your photo url here{/url} replace the "{" and "}" with "[" and "]" or you could click on the little pic with the mountains and the little arrow at the top left corner by the "size 4" in the "insert tags" section. |

(Just one way of doing it:)
1) Upload your picture to a imagehost, such as Image Shack. 2) Copy the 'direct link' URL and paste it inside of of image tags (use the  button.)3) w00t!
