2-5 years and 5+ years different requirements... To include criminal background checks, pay back taxes, pay fines etc.. At one time the was an English proficiency requirement....

Now I've got a question.. How many illegals are going to volunteer for this system, and wouldn't you bet that somehow, most will have been here for 5+ years?

It is not PC to ask a person of color (Brown) for identification/documentation papers now. How's that gonna work?  And even if all of the 12,000,000 to 20,000,000 illegal aliens jump through their collective asses to submit to this program, (yeah, I can really see several million who have not been here for 2 years happily trotting back to Mexico) what is going to stop another 10,000,000 or so from sneaking back in unless we build a fence system and staff it with LEO's?

Can you imagine the resorces that will be necessary to administer this boondoggle?

If the .gov has the manpower to count 922r complaince parts, enforce magazine capacity laws in certain states and generally fuck with law abiding US citizens with respect to their chickenshit gun laws then they fucking should be able to take care of a fucking INVASION of illegal border crossers.

If we all started making unregistered machine guns and began "illegally immigrating" weapons on the 89 ban list you can rest assured we wouldn't be offered a tier system or an amnesty of any kind.

Sounds like a BS deal to me. Lets see we dont have the resouces to round up 12 to 30 million illegals but we do if the illegals say screw it and not register. There not going to register. Why should they. The feds will do nothing if they dont. More laws and no enforcement is all this amounts to.
