[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone ever sign up for a database of gov't car auctions?

I've been looking for a used car lately but am on a relatively tight budget. Found this site that shows you where all these auctions are going on and what cars they have. You can also bid from you computer for some of them. Sign up fee is $35. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it's worth it.

I just looked at those 2 sites and don't really see what I'm looking for. They both only have a couple cars located in FL. The one I posted had several hundred near me in the Toyota category alone. I just don't want to waste $35 on some bs site that won't come through

these are legit.

I bought a couple of bikes from IAA. Good deals can be had but it depends on your area.

govliquidation.com is also a good one. GSA auctions might be defunct now.
