im trying to figure out the reason we have so many illegal’s..

do we have quotas or something that says "only X amount can become citizens each year"

i talked to a guy hear from Canada, he says to become a US cit, it costs over 10,000. my question is why? if we got rid of that or lowered it alot, would that not help?

why are they walking over the border, i can drive to Canada or mex and cross the border with out issues.. cant they do the same? then just "over stay"?
