What's the going rate on a Surfire Weapons "mellinium forend"  Like this (20 " Handguard/light systen the built in pressure pad/ ON&OFF swithch/ Tailcap switch  ????

Five-hundred-fifteen-fucking dollars!  I have only a little more than that tied up in my whole damn rifle, and they want that for a set of handguards.  I guess I'm not tactical enough...  I'll use this instead.

The pressure switch is built into the handguard.

It's about 5" long and would be on the top right hand side where your fingers contact the HG in a normal grip

It do seem a bit excessive for some plastic handguards and a flashlight...!

You can find them for around $300 or so , but the one you are linked to is the M511A, which isn't as common as the carbine version so you might not find one "cheap".
