So long as there aren't jellyfish or sharks, and the kid can keep his balance and then swim, and if the skateboard floats, that would be a hell of a fun ride!

Looks like a computer art image. Does anything in that picture look like it was taken with a camera. I don't think so. Everything is too 'flat' to be a picture.
