Ok, this may get a lot of guys pissed at each other, but it has to be done.

So Best Foods or Miracle Whip?

Be prepared to defend yourself.

'Best Foods'? what the heck...?

No, it's real mayonnaise for me, not Miracle Whip, and I'm not talking about some sort of wimpy 'light' or 'reduced fat' mayo, either!

Poppa likes the Miracle Whip.   My mom and I hate the stuff.

"salad" to my dad used to mean a wedge of lettuce with miracle whip spread on it.   Was some NASTY crap!    I hate using it for sandwiches.

Good fattining REAL mayo is much much better.

Actually, since I tend to like spicy food, I really like having horseradish sauce (with extra grated horseradish in it) on my sandwiches.

Onion and jalepeno are also pluses.

Other-wise, just plain old yellow mustard.

if it's a good burger nothing. plain, no cheese lettuce mayo mustard ketchup tomatoes none of that. If it's something some damn restaraunt made with hoof and lip meat, pile it all on and make sure it's real mayo.

I spent 7 loooong years in the Army with only Miracle Crap for sandwiches and hamburgers. I told my wife if she ever bought Miracle Crap into my house, little lone put it on any of my food, she would be in divorce court so fast it would make her head spin.

Neither!

I eat my sandwiches dry.  All that goop does is cover the great taste of the meat.  Besides all that fat is bad for your health.  Just meat and bread, with lettuce and pickle optional. Every once in awhile I'll live wild and throw on a slice of cheese.

MAYO - and the best is KRAFT. No "lite", no "reduced fat" sissy stuff, no "all natural". By far the absolute worst is "Bama" brand mayo. (Only available in the south of course) Sells for like $.89 a quart and is absolutely disgusting.
BTW I have had homemade mayo and it is delicious!
