I am right clicking the entire document to copy it, but when I go to the e-mail window, right clicking doesn't give me a "paste" option.

Just place the cursor and press. Ctrl+V.  It'll show up.

Highlight the part you want to copy. Hold the cursor over the highlighted part, right click, copy, then go to your email, right click, paste.

Are you sure that it is text and not an image? Shouldn't matter, hmm...

Ctrl + C

alt+tab to the email message

Ctrl+V

next time you could try   File:Send To:MailRecipient
