In the very near future, they will raise the age requirement to 40.  There have been a lot of folks who have said they were very serious about it but couldn't apply because they were 37, 38, 39.  Just a heads up for anyone out there in this situation.  However, it will likely not be permenant, just something for a recent go around.

FWIW,  DOJ is considering raising the age that current LEOs can remain in, also.  BOP Director was at our joint last week.     Stay safe
