I know most of you neanderthals occasionally take a bath, even if not very often. What soap do you use? Even better, explain why you like it.

I like Irish Spring, but only for the smell. Other than that, I'm willing to use whatever soap Mrs gorilla picked up at the store.

I can say without a doubt that if you absolutely MUST use GOJO to clean your whole body, it's going to take a lot of it!!

I use whatever body wash tickles my fancy when I'm at the store looking.

Right now it's Dove with extra moisturizers.  It works, my dry skin is gone.

Dove. The pink one. Because it doesn't make me itch. I tried Avon Skin So Soft body wash the other day and itched like crazy all night.

Lever original.
Sometimes Irish Spring but I find it gets smelling a little to acidic for me after about half the bar is gone...

Ivory.  I hate those soaps that leave an oily feel on my skin, yuck.

I use a really expensive brand that is made from the fat of people with self-image problems(fat asses). They say it works the best.

ETA: It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.

Seriously, though, I use dial. I used dove when I worked at Quickrete, as it was the only brand that didn't react to form ammonia when it contacted the cement.  Now, as far as gojo, they make that stuff less than 10 miles from my hometown. I used to know people that worked there and could get the stuff by the 55 gal drum. I'd say you would just about need one to use it to take a shower....

Dove for the winter
Safeguard for the summer

Dove really helps with dry skin that I get every winter, hell it looks like a rash on me and it pops up on different places on my body year to year.

Safeguard makes me feel cleaner... a few years ago they shrunk the size of their bars and started charging more, I hate it when they do that! I guess they think no one will notice... asshats

My wife was very particular about what soap she wanted me to use.

Unscented Dial

Except for Tone, which we used in the winter, she couldn't stand scented soaps and just preferred the "clean male" scent.

Most of the time I also just prefer the "clean female" scent.

If you have a hangover, try it.

It does work. But you drink some electrolites too. It doesn't work alone.

Keeps your skin very moist.  I hate that itchy/scaly skin that comes with the dry weather, particulaly in winter.

Dial--the gold antibacterial shower bars.  As a matter of fact, I bought two of the 16-bar packs at Sam's Club yesterday.  Yes, I'm glad I use Dial.

That's EXACTLY the same soap i use... and the SAME place i buy it.

Those 16 bar jumbo packs are GREAT and inexpensive...... i buy those by the cart load.

Lever 2000 with Aloe - it is the only soap I can use that doesn't dry out my skin.  I used to use Gentle Touch but I have not been able to find that in quite a while; it smelled really good and made my skin incredibly soft.

Aveno Body Wash

I use it because it contains oatmeal and helps to keep my eczema under control.  This had not been a problem since I was 10 until I started working at my current job.  Stress sucks.
