One thing about lefties you have to give them credit for is that they are consistent in their insanity.

For instance, for years the lefties (in the US and abroad) have accused the US of selling weapons to Iraq -- weapons that were used during the Iraq-Iran War in the 80's.

However, for the life of me I cannot find any proof that it actually happened.

AFAICT, the US sold 60 Vietnam War-era scout helicopters to Iraq and provided intelligence on Iranian troop movements.

But that's it: no sales of tanks, missiles, radar systems, guns, ammunition, etc. No front-line weapons I can see.

If you look at the war footage, both sides are using Russian and Eastern Bloc weapons.

Am I just not looking in the right place?
