Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Velcro patches

I want to put some patches on my rifle case, now for the dumb question. How do I put the hook and loop on the patch and on the case? The patches do not have the stiff, glossey look on the back, ( I assume this is some type of heat activated glue ) Any help would be appreciated.

Buy some velcro, at a place like Supply Captain - great folks by the way.

Sew an appropriate size piece of the loop fabric to the case

Sew some of the hook on the back of the patch, trim to fit.

Viola!
