I used a kit to finish my stripped lower, I was really impressed by how easy it was, but now I am thinking I might have screwed something up.

The pin that the trigger rided on was moving and was working its way out of the receiver about every 20 rounds. The hammer spring should keep it in place, but I guess its just not holding it? Too much CLP in that area???

Any fixes for this?

i think you are right, is the spring suppose to go on top of the trigger pin or below it?

The tail of the HAMMER spring goes in the groove (on top) of the trigger pivot pin.

hmmm im pretty sure thats how i have it any pic...

its on top but maybe not in the groove?

There is a drawing in the TM.

Since it's homebuilt, it's possible the hole is oversized. The proper way is to drill it undersize and then use an exact size reamer to finish.

I don't think it would matter which way you push those pins holding the trigger group in. You can just push it out with your fingers, and a sturdy plastic/wooden rod of some-sort. The pins are held in place by the spring pressure inside the trigger group.
