There are many things which the US does better than Europe, but when I go back to Ireland, the first thing I do is raid the biscuit (cookie) tin. Ginger crunches, Jaffa Cakes, Golden Crunch Creams, Almond Fingers, Viscounts... <sigh>

I get them shipped over.
