Okay, I have been ripped off on an e-bay purchase.  I ordered an x-box 360 premium system for my stepson and the money was taken out of my account/transferred to the seller on 2/22/06 for $525.94.  Later, he notifies me that he is having problems with paypal and isn't shipping.  I have still not recieved my money back.  Paypal said his account has a 0 balance.  For 2 weeks I have been arguing back and forth with this guy through e-mail and still no money.  So, I would like your help.

Slam this MFs e-mail.  He has my money and won't return it.  Here is a link removed Thanks to all of you!!

Is this really tackworthy?

Sic eBay on the guy. Talk to a lawyer. Lots of options outside of a "fire mission", sorry.
