What a great game. Texas has turned from a disastrous athletic program to the envy of the nation. One of my buddies (UT grad) emailed me after the Duke game congratulating LSU on the win. I responded: "I didn't even know we had a decent hoops program!"

different case. we won the game, game over, crowd on the field and then the refs threw a flag. they had to call OSU players back from the fucking tunnel!

i would think that USC would agree that a playoff system would be far better for the NCAA IA football championship system

No doubt. I would have had to kill myself to listen to USC talking smack about three (more like ONE) national championships. Texas was awesome; I've never seen a quarterback look INVINCIBLE the way Vince Young did in that game. Cool as the other side of the pillow.
