My GF moved into an apartment with a stranger (their both in college), and she's been having multiple problems with her roommate.

Rules of the Apartment:
1.) "Hanky-Panky" - Not done in commons areas (Livingroom, Kitchen, Bathroom), and Not done on furniture that's not yours (Desks, Chairs, the other person's couch).
2.) Respect - If ANYTHING even seems disrespectful, Don't Do It.

Problems:  [:(!]
1.) Roommate told her sister she could sleep in my GF's bed one day while she was at her parent's for the night.  She returned to find the roomie's sister in her bed. (RUDE!)
2.) I left some $16.99/lb cheese in their refrigerator (on my GF's side), and the next day there were dirty dishes in the sink with pasta on them, and $4.00 of my cheese was missing! (RUDE! I'm poor, that was a gift from my father!)
3.) Someone put a cold glass of water on my GF's desk, and the water badly stained/warped the wood. (Common Sense, Why else are there coasters on the desk!?!?!?  STUPID PEOPLE SUCK)
4.) The roommate complained about wanting a couch so badly in the living room for more seating, so my GF bought a futon.  The next morning, she woke up, and the roomie & her fat BF were sleeping on it THE FIRST NIGHT SHE HAD IT!  There was hairs & lint all over the thing!  They argued about it, for 3 weeks, and my GF doesn't want people to lay on it in bed-position, because it would promote activities which violate the 1st rule of the APT.

5.) Tuesday evening my friend, my GF, and I were at my place, and we decided it's time for them to go home.  I walked them home, because I didn't want them to get mugged, and as we stopped off at my GF's place to pick-up some of her friend's things, we realized we forgot her keys at my place.  We knocked on the door, and it took 3minutes for someone to answer.  The roomie's BF answers in disheveled clothing & his hair is all messy.  We walk in, and the roomie's laying on the futon (in bed-mode) covered in blanket. [:)(*]  Her clothes and panties are laying on the floor next to the futon, and she's got the "Deer Caught In Headlights" look on her face.  Enfuriated, my GF grabs her friend's things from the apt, and we storm out of there before my GF assaults them with her knife or a baseball bat.

She called the roommate from the friends Apartment, and informed her that she was sick of being disrespected, and treated like shit.  She wants for herself, and her things to be respected.  She called her roommate and warned her that she is thinking of calling the roomie's father for spiritual advice (he's a lutheran minister), and ask him what to do about an unruly, disrespecting roommate whose having pre-marital sex with her fat muslim BF that he disapproves of in the first place...  (Not that race has anything to do with this, don't flame...  It's just that he's a disgusting (smelly & fat), extremely rude guy)

The options I thought of are:
1.) Tell the roomie's father of this, and ask if he can help her respect things more...  (Kind of a childish thing to do, but if it's necessary to be done, it will be done)
2.) Remove the futon mattress, and not bring it back until severe improvement of respect levels increase.  Roomie says that if my GF gets rid of the futon all together, that she'll buy her own, and sleep on it every other night with her stinky BF, so we'll not remove the frame of the futon, so it takes up space.
3.) Sublease & get an efficiency apartment.  (This seems like giving up the war though)
4.) What other possibilities do you see, think of, etc???

Some background info:
[BD]Roommate - petite, stubborn, disrespectful, and lacks any common sense.  She's strongly influenced by her BF, and is afraid of my GF, because we're pro-gun, and my GF carries mace & a folding pocket-knife (for protection, as she lives in my neighborhood).  Roomie has told us the main reason she's with him, is the physical relationship, particularly his large salami.

Roomie's BF - From a long line of abusive family, he's muslim (Something roomie's father has a problem with, not me), speaks arabic primarily, smells horrible like Body Odor.[:)(*]  He ALWAYS orders roomie around, and NEVER helps her with ANYTHING.  He's controlling, abusive, and rather ugly.  He likes solving problems with violence, so my GF carries mace and a knife even in her APT.  I am still trying to convince her to carry a handgun in her APT, but I fear that would cause more problems than solve them.


I gave my GF a 30rd magazine and a box of ammo, and when her roommate is pissing her off, she starts loading and unloading the magazine to "Destress" herself, and it has the wonderful side-effect of scaring the shit out of her roommate & her BF. [;)]

What do you think my GF should do in this situation?

-No intent to flame you ABN-RGR.  I read the book, it's VERY informative on the Ruger Mini-14.  Yes that would scare the shit out of someone!  Also, I don't think I could ever manufacture such a thing, I'm not a good machinist.  Also in regards to the negative ramifications of actually making one are the precise reason why I don't make one (well, that and the fact that i don't even own the machining equipment to do it, and lack machining skill).

Sorry if I pissed U off.  But that's the only "Metal" part I knew of that's related to a mini-14 that would stick out the side by the trigger-guard.

Resist the urge to rat her out.  Nobody has respect for a rat, and it's a bad rep to have.
Short version:  have her make covert preps for moving, and do so without roomie knowing new addy.  Move when roomie is out of town or definitly out of the pic.
Forget roomie and move on.
