I say BSG.

24, then Shield. I watched BSG as a kid, even had the lunch box. I've moved on.
|
|
+1 I don't watch any of those. |
|
|
The new one's a lot different. |

That's the problem, if there isn't at least 1 member from the A Team on the cast it can never compare. |

BSG
<--------------------------- The only reason I have cable. Which was promptly canceled at the end season 2. |
|
Shows that are currently on TV?
24 Battlestar Galactica The Shield (I don't watch this one) Lost (don't watch this one either) Shows that got taken off the air? Firefly Space: Above and Beyond And Some others I can't remember I'm sure |
|
+1...still don't see why all the hype with 24 |

My shows
BSG Nip/Tuck Desperate Housewives (Marcia Cross ) Lost The Girls Next Door |
|
BSG has produced five threads in just two seasons. Perhaps it's not the most popular, but it's probably the most discussed. And my favorite.

Jack Bauer called...said your poll has been compromised, repeat, your poll HAS been COMPROMISED.

Just started watching 24 (finished the 1st season, started on the 2nd, both via DVD), and now I know why that show is so damned popular around here. Awesome stuff.
Still, SG-1 is my personal favorite, though probably not the 'best' on the list. |
|
The Simpsons.
I'm *uh* buying The Unit from the Internet right now, I'll have a look at it tomorrow. |
|
24 is good, but I find it a little cheese'tastic. The Shield is my favorite, followed by 24.
Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Stargate are all shows I can't enjoy. The Stargate movie was alright, but the show is lacking. |

I tune into the Oreilly Factor every night just to see Bill rant about immigration and sex offenders, doesn’t get any better

None of the above!
Tried to watch the new BSG and couldn't deal with it. I grew up on the old school one and in retrospect, it wasn't all that good, either. I've watched a few episodes of "The Shield" and "24." It's OK. I'm not understanding the hype around those shows. The zip-zip-zip-around camera work is annoying. Now, "Firefly" is something I can dig. Haven't seen a lot of episodes, but I don't mind taking the time to sit down and watch it when I stumble on it. My TV is on the History Channel 90% of the time. The other 10% is split up between the occasional show on the Discovery Channel and South Park/Comedy Central. Scott |
