i won this off ebay for one of my milsurp rifles that i want to setup with a scout style scope

ive been shopping for one for a while and didn't bother asking the seller any questions before buying it, mainly i want to know if its a 1" tube. im pretty sure it is but if any of you have one like it maybee you can elaborate....sorry i dont have a hot link - i think i did pretty well pricewise...
