I have had good luck with them. I ALWAYS ask if it is in stock first.

I have never had a problem ordering from them nor a problem with delivery. I call, they tell me if they have what I want and how much it costs, I order it, they send it. Their prices are good, their service has always been good for me, and everything I've ever bought from them has been as advertised.

I've recently used Outdoor Marksman for an ammunition order. Their inventory control system is updated immediately, so if they're check out system says it's in stock, it really is! They are also a site sponsor, so sending business there way wouldn't hurt

They are honest and friendly, but their inventory control sucks. You have to call them and they run to the warehouse to see if it is in stock.
I order from them frequently because they are within driving distance. |

i ordered an 8mm conversion from them for my 1919. was charged but never recieved after 3 weeks i called them. The apologised profusely for not letting me know they were on backorder and gave me a tenative ship date. it was delayed through no fault of theirs and the owner called me each and every time there was a change to let me know. I wasn't really worried about but they made sure i was taken care of.
Backorder's happen. Everything today is an on demand world and MOST online vendors DO NOT staock everything they sell. As long as they let me know what's going on it doesn't bother me. Keep me up to date on the status of my order and i could care less. |

just to clarify, when i placed my order i was told ammo was in stock and the last three cases they had avaialbe.
also when i called them back today i asked what the cc policy was and i was told they charge the cards when the items ship, so i then asked why was my card charged when the items clearly didnt ship? they didnt have an explanation for that. |

When I inquired about backorders they told me my card would be charged when I ordered and would just have to wait until the order is filled.
