Jim Gravitt can be reached at Protech engineering (217) 335-2727. While he does build HK 21s you won't be able to build one from a kit and 91 receiver if that is your plan. You will not have a box feed mechanism housing and Jim nor anyone else does not have the specs. for that part. You will be able to build an HK 11 however.

whats a hk-11 never heard of one or is it a copy of a diff. modle?

A mag fed hk21. Or a better description, basically an G3 with quick change bbl, reinforced receiver, 1200m sight, hk21 stock, and other fixins.
