Hi.

Washed my BDUs.

Somehow, a pen got into the mix.

Arms streaked with ink now.

Any idea how to get it off?

If that doesn't work, you could always try to use a laundry marker to blend in the ink so it looks like another black blob.  Might work for a field uniform, but I wouldn't want to be in formation and hear the PSG or 1SG say "Open ranks, March" while wearing them.

It's a 10" long, straight down as my arm hangs.  About 1/2" wide.

We're overdue for open ranks.

A friend advised me to use hairspray.  It did a decent job, but took a few cans.  Anyone other than USAF isn't likely to have hairstarch hanging around.

MEK/leather luster stripper did a much better job.
Acetone/nail polish stripper was also recommended, but the PX is closed.
