Can dealers fax ffl's to each other or do you have to send an ink signed copy?

Fax FFL is OK now. BATFE aproved this late last year.

ATF has approved faxing of FFL.... as long as your fax transmission is good and not some grainy junk.

That is what I told a dealer last week and he told me I was wrong. Made me mail the FFL instead.
