I suspect that leprecons are actually meth makers. They are always fidgeting around and their "gold" is always in the middle of the woods hidden from people, same as a meth lab.  They are dirty looking too, always wearing the same green cloths.

I think I shall have a Guinness today.

Hopefully it won't fuck up my stomach.

It's officially one of my favorite holidays - the day of wearing of the green, eating corned beef and cabbage, and most important of all - DRINKING BEER!!! I'm not Irish, but I certainly celebrate like it on this day, every year...

I just got a batch of corned beef and cabbage going - started with 3-4lbs of a nice cut of corned beef, 4lbs of carrots, 4lbs of potatoes, and a bunch of onions... I typically trim the fat off the corned beef, rinse it off a little, and put it on the bottom with the seasonings, half a beer in there, microwave the carrots and potatoes a bit to soften them up - and let it cook on high in my 6qt crockpot all day... Then, I rinse off the cabbage leaves, and lay them on top for the last 3-4 hours - it usually turns out pretty good... I'll make a beer run during the day, and we'll sit around tonight, stuffing ourselves with good food, and drinking beer - I can think of worse ways of spending a friday evening...

Hey Colt,

Me and the wife are working at O'Keefe's tonight.  She's pouring green beers off the truck but I'll be bartending at the north side bar in the tent.  We'll be there from 4pm -4am.

Friday night.

St Pat's

Spring Break.

Should be a zoo

Good grief!

This is on Page Two?

I almost posted a 'Happy St. Paddy's Day' cause I didn't find one on Page One!

Oh, to be in New Orleans today, of all days!

Kerry Irish Pub, or Ryan's Irish Pub on Decatur Street, or O'Flaherty's Irish Channel Pub on Toulouse Street in the Quarter!

Or even Pat O'Brien's, if you can handle the tourists.

It's a scam! I've been at the end of a rainbow and there's no gold.

I won't turn down a Guiness though!

A small joke for St. Paddy's Day:

Two men were sitting next to each other at a bar. After a while, one guy looks at the other and says, "I can't help but think, from listening to you, that you're from Ireland."

The other guys responds proudly, "Yes, that I am."

The first guy says, "So am I. And where about from Ireland might you be?"

The other guy answers, "I'm from Dublin, I am."

The first guy responds, "Sure and begora, and so am I. And what street did you live on in Dublin?"

The other guys says, " A lovely little area it was, I lived on McCleary Street in the old central part of town."

The first guy says, "Faith and it's a small world, so did I! And to what school would you have been going?"

The other guy answers, "Well now, I went to St. Mary's of course."

The first guy gets really excited and says, "And so did I. Tell me, what year did you graduate?"

The other guy answers, "Well now, let's see, I graduated in 1964."

The first guy exclaims, "The Good Lord must be smiling down upon us! I can hardly believe our good luck at winding up in the same bar tonight. Can you believe it, I graduated from St. Mary's in 1964 too!"

About this time a woman walks in to the bar, sits down and orders a drink.

The bartender walks over to her shaking his head and muttering, "It's going to be a long night tonight."

The woman asks, "Why do you say that?"

The bartender replies, "The Murphy twins are drunk again."

Oh, man. It'd be kick ass if there was a leprechaun trying to steal a bucket of brass.
