Oh, and I guess no one's threatened Scalia or Thomas. God, these people are so transparent and biased. |

just a contrast to the "rational" fringe, the Court liberals and the academics they pander to. |

are you sure she wasn't warned to keep her head down? |

The military judges of the old British courts of admiralty prior to the revolution probably felt threatened too.
Yeah, Independence from Constitutional restraint, apparently.
And it doesn't bother her that so many people think shes pissing on the Constitution?
I thought the Constitution of the United States was supposed to be your guide, you stupid bitch. |

Ginsburg feels threatened!?! GINSBURG feels threatened!?! Let me tell you what. I'M the one who feels threatened, threatened by her consistant undermining of the U.S. Constitution. This foreign law crap is not just some innocent legal theory, it is a direct threat to the freedoms we enjoy. With almost 200 countries in the world, you can just pick and choose whose law to follow to get any decision you want. Guns? Well, lets look to Japanese law. Oh, surprise, the peasants have been disarmed since the middle-ages. I guess that means that the 2nd Amendment only applies to the Emperor and his chief Samuri. Private property? Lets look to Chinese law. Oh, surprise, the government can do what it wants with your property.
That bitch is a stone cold tyrant. Sic Semper Tyrannus. |
+1 to all of that. Maybe some people should be afraid. |
"When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty." I think it was Thomas Jefferson who said that. |
ding-ding-ding! The SCOTUS is supposed to use the CONSTITUTION to make a ruling on cases, NOT some other country's rulings. Douchebag. |
Probably a rhetorical question but it was Clinton. Slick Willy. The one who got shot down prior to her appointment was even worse. And almost as ugly. |

She feels threatened? She's got her own protection detail, with an armored limousine and armed agents protecting her. What's she got to feel threatened by?

I'm the one who feels threatened.....by Justice Ginsburg's continued assault on my rights.

Justice Ginsberg and her co-conspirators on the Court, in the halls of Congress, and the White House should ALL feel threatened - not in fear of harm, but for fear that VOTERS will finally wake up and direct America from the path of Leftist Socialism to the path of individualism and freedom.
They are an anachronism, exemplars of a failed ideal, supporters of Communism, and self-destructive madmen. They are also a fad that is slowly being ignored as Deadly Reality rears its head - deadly to Leftist Utopianists and their dreams of the U.S.S.A. Clock's ticking on those assholes. Tick, tick, tick. |

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
Maybe you should just retire, RBG...no one will miss you. HH |

I consider "courts" to be the last bastion of depotism in the world. How do 9 old fucks get to decide law for the rest of us? They are neither elected nor answerable to ANYONE. No not even the constitution. (last time i heard that piece of paper doesnt get up and try to stangle people who betray it) And they get a lifetime appointment!!!!!?????? WTF is that shit??? yeah ok i get that they are'nt supposed to be "influenced" by outsiders hence they dont need to be elected but that doe'nt mean they should weild lifetime ultimate power. At best they should have a time limit. And they shouldnt "legislate" from the bench. Stick to CSI kind of stuff. The will of the people should not be defied by some pinheaded lawyers in black pajamas. ...............

^ What he said. |

I have seen a few Blogs with the phrase "Rope, Tree, Justice, some assembly required." I wonder if that's what she's referring to.
I believe that Marbury vs. Madison was where the court started going into the shitter - and that was like 14 years or so after we formed the USA. |
Maybe she'll resign next month????????????? |
I like that. I finally have a sig. |
She won't be around much longer she fell asleep durring hearings the other day. The lawyers bringing cases to the supreme court will have a heyday with that kind of behavior. She is no longer significant.
