So, how hard core are some of you? Right now, I'm pretty poor. I reload shotshell rounds, but don't reload anything else. I believe I shoot somewhere around 3k shotshell and about 2-3k brass in a given year.

Hmmm, just 45ACP alone I'm going through about 1,000 rounds approx every two weeks. The 7.62 and 5.56 don't go that fast, thankfully.

That's just ballpark.

At least 4k .223, several thousand of 9mm (now that I have a subgun), a thousand or so .45 ACP, couple thousand 7.62x51, maybe a thousand 7.62x39, couple thousand .22LR, a couple hundred .357 Mag, and maybe 400-500 shot shells.

No more than two or three hundred centerfire cartridges expended per year, excluding any "work related" expenditures.

For every round that is put down range, perhaps five are squirreled away for a rainy decade.

I read somewhere that Rob Leatham fires about 70,000 rounds a year.

That being said, I'll probably never get to his level at my current 2500-3000.

2-3K total.

If I had the money, I'd shoot a lot more.
Right now, its between 100-150 every weekend or so. Most of this is either 45 or 223.

Well....my standard weekend shoot goes something like this:

Handgun: (Glock 17)
100rds @ 25m
100rds @ 15m
500rds @ 7m-7 feet

Rifle: (Colt M4)
100rds @ 300m
100rds @ 100m
200rds @ 50m-25m
300rds @ 7m-7 feet

Shotgun: (1187)
25rds Slug @ 50m
100rds Slug/Buck @ 25m-15m

Figure I get to do this about 20-25 weekends out of the 52 total availible.  Factor in Dept. quals, SWATquals, training days, IDPA, Pin Shoots etc....

So, anywhere from 30-38k a year, give or take a couple k.

Geez, I'd be embarrassed to even try counting them.

Probably a 3-4 hundred on average. I'd love to shoot more, I just have no time.

I'm hoping to actually use the toys I've been accumulating once I move to a new house. And get some training soon too.

Over 12k throught my 9mm OLY.
2-3000 9mm in a pistol.
2k 5.56
10-20 bricks of 22

All calibers combined, probably 6k to 8k.

I dont own any evil black rifles anymore so I shoot a lot less ammo now

1000 rds a year

I'm not buying any rifles from you guys.

EE - nice A2, barely used. 99+%. Maybe 100 rounds fired ever....

Lately, not very many. But in ordinary years where I take a couple of training classes a year, a whole bunch.
