I have a Honda service manual in PDF form.  I want to copy certain images and data off of it so I can make custom reference pages to use out in the garage.  In the Document Properties: Security: Document Restrictions Summary tab it indicates the only thing I can do is print.

Is there a way to change those settings?  I have Adobe Reader 7.0.

thanks

You could use something like PrimoPDF to print your PDF to...another PDF.  Maybe you could strip the security that way.

Or, if all you want is the images, you could blow them up on the screen, and do screen captures, then paste them in as new images in your graphics program.

You need a PDF password cracker to crack the password so you can change the security settings. Check the web.
