I'm watching that triangle mini series on Sci-Fi right now, and they chartered an old Russian submarine, this isn't the first reference to surplus Russian subs being bought that I've seen on TV, and I've seen pictures of the Russian naval yards with the subs, and ships rusting away, so it got me curiouse can one really buy a surplus Russian sub?, if so from where?, what about subs, and warships from other countries?, and does anyone have a few million dollars they could give me?, and no I don't have anything more important to post right know so I'm just posting random thoughts....
