Help...

I've transfered a video from VHS to my my computer hard disk via a video capture card.

I now have a meg2 file that is approximately 6-7G in size.  I would like to burn it to DVD but I don't know how to further compress the file so it will fit on a standard 4.7G DVD.

I have DVDXcopy and also DVD Shrink but they seem to only want to compress other DVD's, I can't find a way to shrink down a meg2 file.

I would appreciate any help on pointing me to a solution on compressing meg2 files that are to large to fit on a standard 4.7G DVD?
