So is there a story behind this or did you just pick up a dead squirrel, throw it in your disk and call it cool?

+1 I hate those things. Don't understand why people think they are cute. All they are is a rat with flufy tails that destroy trees.

Guy I worked with ran over a dog on his harley.

Wrapped itself into the rear wheel/sprocket/swingarm. He had to cut it out with a pocketknife in front of the kids it belonged to--the were walking it off leash alongside a busy road.....

This is why ARFCOM is so great. You have no idea in hell as to what you might see day to day. You can't make this shit up either.

I assume that this jammed the brake and made the bike stop quick. What happened to the rider? Did he take a trip over the bars?

It's not my bike.  I just found it on this one website and threw it on photobucket so we don't rape the guy's bandwidth.  There was no explanation included with it.

Long time ago I got a road kill on my mountain bike.

Hit the little guy at a good 25-30 mph, he never knew what hit him.   A 2 inch wide Ritchey MegaBite tire....

I think a good motivational poster would say, "Sometimes your best isn't good enough"

Someone ought to apply for a patent.  It's a clever way to keep mud and sand out of the caliper.

And I laughed too.
