Sounds more like something from the PRK. But it does prevent people like Wally World from coming in and putting local stations out of business by selling at a loss.

"The price law was intended to prevent large oil companies from driving smaller competitors out of business, but some critics argue it fails to protect consumers."

We have the same law in Maryland.  It explains why gas is cheaper in all our neighboring states.

Actually, I think it's your gas taxes. Same with IL and MO. MO is usually cheaper because of the IL tax.

Those EVIL OIL CORPORATIONS are charging TOO much for fuel!!!  It is ENRON!!!  It is Exxon!!  They are eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil!!!!!  BIG OIL!!!
